Ranges are used to apply selection criteria to the locations shown on the map.

Each range allows the user to select a range of values in a column in the locations data.

When applying a range, the locations are filtered according to whether the value(s) specified are in the ranges applied.

If more than one range is set up then the locations are included only if all values are within the ranges applied

Give each range a name to be used as a label for the range

When a location is “Off” you can decide wether to hide them from view, show them in subdued colours, or let the user choose the behaviour. This can be set for each range.
