Manage which functions the end user is permitted to carry out in the presentation. The actions apply to the user view only; it does not overwrite settings made by the editor in the Presentation Editor.

Allow users to enter values to obtain different data	Enables users to change the user entry values, eg Client Id, to generate a presentation for a different subject.
Prevent users from making any changes at all	The presentation is “locked” so that no changes are possible by the user.
Prevent users from changing presentation layout	The user cannot alter the size or position on the panels.
Prevent users from changing any panel’s content	Overrides all panels’ show/hide option, preventing all content changes
Prevent users from refreshing any panel’s data	Overrides all panels’ refresh options, preventing the user from refreshing any data.
