Set/Remove as DSD Test Presentation |
Configures fSeries to use this presentation as the “test” presentations, when testing the associated DSD. Only offered if a primary DSD has been set. |
Refresh DSD(s) |
Reloads the schema (fields) for all DSDs in the presentation. Used if any DSDs have been changed in order to inform fPanels of the change. |
Rebuild Index |
If a presentation has been manually added or deleted from the software files then the index will need rebuilding.
From 3.6 this option has been moved to fAdmin Tools |
Revert to Published |
Restores the presentation to the last published version, undoing any changes . |
Unpublish |
Deletes the current published version. Does not affect the current development version. |
Open in User View |
Displays the presentation in the view that the end user would see as per the design. The presentation must be saved first. The last saved version will be used, not the last published.Note: The end user will always only see the last published. |
User Link Builder |
A link builder that generates a link, which can be copied and used in other applications to open this particular presentation. Enter user entry values for the presentation to be loaded with these parameters already defined or leave blank for the end user to enter as desired.
You must save the presentation before using this option. |

About Information
Information about the presentation. This information is more detailed than that shown to the user. |

Reset
Undoes all the modifications and resets the presentation to the default layout. |

Publish
Makes the presentation available to end users to include all the latest saved changes. |

Delete
The presentation, including any published copy will be deleted permanently. This cannot be undone. |

Save As
Create a copy of the presentation under a new name. |

Save
Saves the changes to the presentation. The first time you will be asked to give the presentation a unique valid id. |
